Asset integrity
Asset register op order
Ensure that all available pressure vessels, tanks, pipes that are in the factory are explicitly familiar with correct physical and process characteristics. To do this, we can set up a team that can help you get this in order.
Asset data in order
Ensure that all characteristics and physical installation parts are included in the Maintenance Management System, provided with the correct characteristics and that the linked drawing and documentation are made as build
Asset maintenance plan for laws and regulations in order
Now that the assets are known, the correct risk category can be determined on the basis of the characteristics, on the basis of which the inspection frequencies can be determined. This inspection and inspection are included in your maintenance plan so that a work order comes out of the system at the right time and it is clear what needs to be done to continue to comply with legislation and regulations.
Timeliness of implementation
To ensure compliance with the law, the maintenance plans that are mandatory must be demonstrably implemented on time.
- Recognize the mandatory work
- Schedule date of the preventive system = implementation deadline
- Measure timely implementation
Traceability and timeliness of work from inspection (WUI) in order
If a mandatory inspection has been carried out, it can be determined that inspection work is required to meet the requirements within a certain period. To ensure that the work from inspection is carried out on time, a number of things are needed:
- The follow-up work must be explicitly traceable to the inspection performed
- The period within which the measure must be implemented must be explicitly laid down in the maintenance management system
- The execution of the work from inspection within the set deadlines must be monitored
